摘  要:对火电机组来说,合适的煤粉细度有利于降低不完全燃烧热损失,提高锅炉效率,降低磨煤机电耗,也有利于降低NO的生成量。近几年,许多火电厂进行了磨煤机动态分离器改造以更好地调节煤粉细度。但由于当前煤粉细度的在线测量无论从经济成本、准确度、稳定性都存在较大局限,动态分离器转速只能通过运行人员手动设置,无法适应变负荷、变工况下的自动调节,不能充分利用动态分离器的优势。通过对动态分离器频率控制策略的研究与应用,实现了磨煤机动态分离器频率自动,经过半年多的观察,证明该策略能显著降低磨煤机煤粉细度,提高锅炉效率,降低NO生成,也大大降低了运行人员的劳动强度。Automatic regulation of dynamic separator of coal pulverizer for thermal power units, appropriate pulverized coal fineness is conducive to reducing incomplete combustion heat loss, improving boiler efficiency, reducing power consumption of coal pulverizer and reducing NOgeneration. In recent years, many thermal power plants have carried out the transformation of pulverizer dynamic separator to better adjust the fineness of pulverized coal. However, due to the great limitations of current on-line measurement of pulverized coal fineness in terms of economic cost, accuracy and stability, the speed of dynamic separator can only be set manually by the operator, which can not adapt to the automatic adjustment under variable load and working conditions, and can not make full use of the advantages of dynamic separator.Through the research and application of frequency control strategy of dynamic separator, it realizes the automatic frequency control of the dynamic separator of coal mill. After more than half a year’s observation, it is proved that this strategy can significantly reduce the pulverized coal fineness of the coal mill, improve the boiler efficiency, reduce the generation of NO, and greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operators.
