摘 要:根据铁-水体系、铝-水体系的电位-pH图对表面式间接空冷机组循环水系统中铁、铝两种金属的腐蚀和控制进行了分析,同时分析了循环水系统离子含量、溶解氧、水流冲刷等因素对金属腐蚀的影响。在上述分析基础上,结合现有规范和运行数据,提出了间冷循环水电导率≤5μS/cm、pH 7.0~8.3的控制指标。提出循环冷却水采用投加联氨微碱化处理、投加L-抗坏血酸微酸化辅以亚硫酸盐强还原剂处理并与循环水旁流处理相结合的循环水化学工况控制策略。According to the potential-pH diagram of iron water system and aluminum water system, the corrosion and control of iron and aluminum in the circulating water system of surface type indirect air cooling unit are analyzed. At the same time, the effects of ion content, dissolved oxygen and water flow scouring on metal corrosion are analyzed. Based on the above analysis, combined with the existing specifications and operation data, it is proposed that the control value of circulating water conductivity is ≤5μS/cm, control value of circulating water pH is 7.0~8.3. Control strategy for circulating water chemical condition is proposed, which is micro-alkalization treatment by adding hydrazine,micro-acidization treatment by adding L-ascorbic acid and sulfite as reducing agent, combined with circulating water side flow treatment.
