内标法测定液态消毒剂乙醇含量方法的建立

摘　　要：为建立气相色谱内标法检测液态消毒剂中乙醇含量的方法,选择氢火焰离子化检测器,RTX-WAX弹性石英毛细管色谱柱,进样口250℃、柱温85℃、检测器280℃作为检测条件,样品溶液处理方法为稀释进样,标准物质溶液与样品溶液同时添加内标物正丁醇测定。该方法检出限是0.01%,样品加标回收率在95.0%~101.0%,相对标准偏差RSD<1%。该方法的精密度和准确度在仪器同等条件下均高于应用外标法测定乙醇含量方法,说明本法测定乙醇含量简便可靠,抗干扰能力较好,快速、准确,能够有效用于液态消毒剂中乙醇含量的检测。The study establishes gas chromatographic internal standard method to detect ethanol content in liquid disinfectant method,and selects the flame ionization detector.Injection port 250℃,column oven 85℃,detector 280℃and capillary column RTX-WAX are set as detecting condition.Sample solution is diluted,and n-butyl alcohol as an internal standard content is measured in standard material solution and sample solution at the same time.The method detection limit is 0.01%.The rate of recovery is 95.0%~101.0%,and RSD<1%.The precision and accuracy degree of the apparatus is higher than external standard method under the same condition in ethanol content measurement.This indicates that this method is rapid,simple and reliable with better anti-interference capacity.So it can be effectively used in the measurement of ethanol content in liquid disinfectant.
