摘 要:通过溶液法合成了ZIF-67/CNT前驱体,在氩气气氛下高温热解制得氮掺杂碳-碳纳米管载钴复合物(Co/NC-CNT)。运用X-射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X-射线光电子能谱等对复合物的形貌、结构以及组成进行表征,结果显示Co/NC-CNT成功制备,Co纳米粒子负载在NC-CNT上。通过线性伏安、交流阻抗等电化学测试方法测试了复合物的电催化性能,结果表明Co/NC-CNT对硼氢化钠具有良好的催化活性和稳定性,且当热解温度为800℃时,性能最佳,是一种非常具有前景的直接硼氢化钠燃料电池阳极催化剂。The ZIF-67/CNT precursor was synthesized by solution method,and the Co/NC-CNT catalyst was prepared by direct pyrolysis in an argon atmosphere.The morphology,structure and composition of the composite were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS.The results showed that Co/NC-CNT was successfully prepared and Co nanoparticles were loaded on NC-CNT.The electrocatalytic performance of the catalyst was tested using electrochemical testing methods such as LSV and EIS.The results showed that Co/NC-CNT had good catalytic activity and stability for sodium borohydride,and the performance was the best when the pyrolysis temperature was 800℃.It is a promising anode catalyst for direct sodium borohydride fuel cell.
