吡咯烷类负载催化剂的制备及催化研究

摘　　要：在不对称手性催化中,吡咯烷类化合物是重要的有机小分子催化剂之一,将其负载后可回收循环使用,减少催化剂用量。吡咯烷类负载催化剂合成方法简便,一般以4-硝基苯甲酸和五氟苯酚为起始原料,四步反应后制备出五氟苯酚酯异腈,后与氨基吡咯烷类化合物进行交换反应得到吡咯烷类异腈单体,最后在甲氧基钯催化剂的作用下聚合得到吡咯烷类负载催化剂,将制备出的吡咯烷类负载催化剂应用于Aldol反应研究。本论文以4-硝基苯甲醛和环己酮为模板反应,在不同的溶剂下 ee 值最高为43%,而环己酮和邻三氟甲基苯甲醛的反应中 ee 值最高为35%。化合物结构均经IR和 ^(1)H NMR进行表征。Pyrrolidine compounds are one of the important organic small molecule catalysts in asymmetric chiral catalysis.After being supported,they can be recycled and reused to reduce the amount of catalyst.The synthesis method of pyrrolidine supported-catalyst was simple.Generally,pentafluorophenol ester isonitrile was prepared from 4-nitrobenzoic acid and pentafluorophenol through four steps of reaction,and then exchanged with aminopyrrolidine compounds to obtain pyrrolidine isonitrile monomer.Finally,pyrrolidine supported-catalyst was obtained through polymerization under the action of methoxypalladium catalyst.The prepared pyrrolidine-supported catalyst was applied to Aldol reaction.In this paper,the highest ee value was 43%in different solvents using 4-nitrobenzaldehyde and cyclohexanone as templates,while the highest ee value was 35%in the reaction of cyclohexanone and 2-trifluoromethylbenzaldehyde.The structures of the compounds were characterized by IR and ^(1)H NMR.
