摘 要:为了提高氧化铁黄颜料在有机介质中的分散性能,采用钛酸酯和铝酸酯偶联剂复配对其进行表面改性。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等检测设备对合成样品进行表征。结果表明:表面改性未改变氧化铁黄颜料晶体结构,但氧化铁黄颜料表面明显具有有机改性基团。在温度为50℃,钛酸酯偶联剂用量为11%,反应2 h条件下,改性后氧化铁黄的吸光度值达到0.925,明显高于氧化铁黄颜料的吸光度值(0.471)。分散性实验表明钛酸酯的改性效果优于铝酸酯改性效果。接触角测试发现,改性后氧化铁黄颜料的接触角都大于90°,表面改性使得氧化铁黄颜料从亲水性转为疏水性。The surface modification of iron oxide yellow pigments by organic modifiers Titanate and Aluminate was studied under the same conditions.The morphological analysis and structural characterization of the synthesized samples were performed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The surface modification does not change the crystal structure of iron oxide yellow pigments,but iron oxide yellow pigments obviously have organic modification groups on the surface.When the temperature is 50 ℃,the amount of titanate coupling agent modifier is 11%and the reaction time is 2h,the absorbance value of the modified iron oxide yellow pigments reaches 0.925,which is significantly higher than that of the iron oxide yellow pigments(0.471).The dispersion experiment shows that the modification effect of Titanate is better than that of Aluminate.The contact angle test shows that the contact angle of the modified iron oxide yellow pigments is greater than 90°,surface modification makes iron oxide yellow pigments change from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity.
