摘　　要：2021年,全國人大常委會啟動環境法典編纂研究。在當前緊鑼密鼓的生態環境法典專家建議稿的研究起草工作中,一個非常突出的問題是,如何根據生態文明體制改革的實踐需求和法典編纂體例的要求,在現有法律規定基礎上,在未來的法典中建立完善的生態環境法律責任制度?針對此問題,本刊邀請相差領域的專家,學者進行了深入的交流討論,形成本組專題文章。In 2021,the Standing Commitee of the National People's Congress launched the study on compiling the Eco-environmental Code.In the current intensive research and drafting of the experts'proposal draft of the Eco-environmental Code,the prominent problem emerges as how to establish a perfect eco-environment legal liability system based on the existing legal provisions according to the practical needs of the ecological civilization system reform and the codification style requirements.To address this problem,we invited experts and scholars in relevant fields to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions,and produced this group of feature articles.
