摘 要:大交通量和重载对沥青路面的抗车辙性能提出严峻考验,为了提升沥青混合料的抗车辙性能,减少沥青路面车辙,延长路面使用寿命,在常规沥青混合料中添加高灰分岩沥青BRA和聚合物改性剂SBS,形成复合改性沥青混合料。为研究复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能,首先进行了高灰分BRA与SBS复合改性岩沥青混合料的制备,然后对其路用性能性能进行了测试,并且与改性Sup20和高模量EME-14两种混合料进行对比,最后在实体工程中进行了示范应用。试验结果表明:采用高灰分BRA和SBS对普通沥青进行复合改性,能有效提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,且对提高沥青路面的抗车辙性能和抗水损害性能具有显著改善作用;工程实践表明,BRA/SBS复合改性沥青路面在行驶质量、车辙深度、抗滑性能和路面结构强度等方面均表现良好,尤其在抗车辙能力上有明显优势。Large traffic volume and heavy load put forward a severe test on the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement.In order to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt mixture,reduce the rutting of asphalt pavement,and extend the service life of pavement,high ash rock asphalt BRA and polymer modifier SBS are added to conventional asphalt mixture to form a composite modified asphalt mixture.In order to study the road performance of composite modified asphalt mixture,the preparation of high ash BRA and SBS composite modified rock asphalt mixture was carried out first,and then its road performance was tested,and compared with the modified Sup20 and high modulus EME-14 mixtures.Finally,it was demonstrated in the real project.The test results show that the composite modification of ordinary asphalt with high ash content BRA and SBS can effectively improve the high-temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture,and significantly improve the rutting resistance and water damage resistance of asphalt pavement;The engineering practice shows that the BRA/SBS composite modified asphalt pavement performs well in driving quality,rutting depth,skid resistance and pavement structural strength,especially in rutting resistance.
