肾炎方联合常规药物治疗系统性红斑狼疮肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾炎方联合常规治疗治疗系统性红斑狼疮肾炎(SLEN)的疗效。方法:选取2017年07月—2019年09月收入医院的系统性红斑狼疮肾炎患者71例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为研究组(38例)与单药组(33例),单药组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予肾炎方+常规西药治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、SLE疾病活动度评分(SLEDAI)及中医证候评分量表(TCMSSS)评分、实验室指标和不良反应。结果:研究组治疗效果总有效率92.10%高于单药组72.72%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SLEDAI及TCMSSS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者实验室指标均优于治疗前,且研究组显著优于单药组(P<0.05)。研究组胃肠道症状、肝功能、感染及女性月经不调发生率5.26%低于单药组24.24%(P<0.05)。结论:肾炎方联合常规西药治疗SLEN可提高治疗效果、减轻病情程度、有效抑制自身免疫反应,改善肾功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Shenyan recipe combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis(SLEN).Methods:A total of 71 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis who were admitted to the hospital from July 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into study group(38 cases)and single-drug group(33 cases)by random number table.The single-drug group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shenyan recipe+conventional western medicine.The treatment effect,SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI)and TCM syndrome score scale(TCMSSS)score,laboratory indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the single-agent group(92.10%vs.72.72%,P<0.05).After treatment,the SLEDAI and TCMSSS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the study group was even lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the laboratory indicators of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly better than the single-drug group(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms,liver function impairment,infection and menstrual irregularities in the study group was lower than that of the single-drug group(5.26%vs.24.24%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenyan recipe combined with conventional western medicine for SLEN can improve the treatment effect,reduce the severity of the disease,effectively inhibit the autoimmune response,and improve the renal function with high safety.
