成渝双城经济圈视阈下基层派出所调解路径研究

摘　　要：矛盾纠纷的调处化解关系着社会的安全与发展,公安派出所是承担治安调解、民事调解职能的重要主体。成渝地区基层突出矛盾纠纷呈现特殊性,为了给成渝双城经济圈建设提供稳定的社会环境保障,针对当前成渝市域社会治理联动机制急需建立、基层矛盾纠纷多元化解机制有待健全、城乡典型矛盾纠纷辩证应对机制尚不完善等问题,应加快构建成渝市域调解联动机制、建立健全基层矛盾纠纷多元化解机制、完善城乡典型矛盾纠纷辩证应对机制。The mediation and resolution of conflicts and disputes is related to the security and development of society.Police stations are important subjects that undertake the functions of public security mediation and civil mediation.The prominent contradictions and disputes at the grassroots level in the Chengdu Chongqing area shows its particularity.In order to provide a stable social environment guarantee for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing municipal mediation linkage mechanism,establish and improve a diversified mechanism to resolve conflicts and disputes at the grass-roots level,and perfect a dialectical response mechanism for typical urban and rural conflicts and disputes.
