摘　　要：渤海油田历经三十余年开发,低效井、长停井数量逐年攀升,局部区域单井控制剩余储量仍相对较高,常规修井方式难以恢复其产能,侧钻是使优质储层的老井恢复产量最有效的手段之一。渤海油田老井套管开窗侧钻技术主要包括:利用Landmark软件进行不同侧钻点的井眼轨迹方案设计,进行侧钻点优选;根据地层情况和老井井身结构,在进尺少、全角变化率小、固井质量好、地层稳定的情况下,进行侧钻点加深,可以再次侧钻;同时对开窗过程各阶段的钻井参数精细控制,保证开窗工具不会提前出窗及开窗窗口光滑,使得后续电动机和旋转导向钻具组合顺利通过窗口。上述套管开窗侧钻技术在渤海油田老井治理中进行了应用,有效解决了开窗钻具提前出窗、过窗口易卡钻等侧钻难题,提高了开窗作业时效,具有良好的推广应用前景和经济效益。Bohai oilfield has been developed more than thirty years,the number of low efficiency wells and long shutdown wells is increasing greatly year by year,remaining oil controlled by single well in some areas are still relatively high.It is difficult to restore the productivity by conventional workover methods,while sidetracking is one of the most effective ways to restore the production of low efficiency wells in high-quality reservoirs.The casing sidetracking technology of old wells in Bohai oilfield mainly includes,the well trajectory scheme of different sidetracking points are designed using Landmark software to optimize the sidetracking point position.According to the formation condition and old well profile,the sidetracking point is not only selected under the conditions of less footage,small dogleg severity,good cementing quality and stable formation,but it can be sidetracked again,drilling parameters are well controlled while sidetracking to ensure that the sidetracking tool will not come out of the window ahead of time and the window is smooth,so that the subsequent motor and rotary steering BHA can pass through the window smoothly.The technology mentioned in this paper has been successfully applied in old wells treatment of Bohai oilfield,which effectively solves the difficult problems of sidetracking,such as the window drilling tool coming out of the window in advance and sticking easily through the window,improves the sidetracking efficiency and has good application prospects and economic benefits.
