摘  要:油田油水井的套管损坏简称为套损井。目前胡尖山油田存在大量套损井,随着油田开发时间不断增加,胡尖山主力区块均已开发10年以上,套损井数已达57口(在用47口),占在用油井的50%以上,并以3~4口/年速度增加,平均套损时间7.4年,已经严重制约胡尖山油田正常生产运行。本文通过胡尖山油田现有套损井历年油水井动态、工程测井、地层水质分析、现场井筒状况等资料,研究分析胡尖山油田套损机理,确定主要原因为内腐蚀。针对隔采效果差、产能未有效发挥油井,采用复合贴堵、小套管固井、化学堵漏等技术。通过对当前已实施套损井治理效果分析、对比,确定各技术适用条件,提高油田经济效益。Casing damage of oil and water wells in oilfields is referred to as casing damaged wells.At present,there are a large number of casing damaged wells in Hujianshan oilfield,which are increasing with the development time of the oilfield.The main blocks of Hujianshan oilfield have been developed for more than 10 years,and the number of casing rupture wells has reached 57(47 in use),accounting for more than 50%of the oil wells in use,and the number of wells in use is increasing at a rate of 3~4 per year.The average casing rupture time in 7.4 years,the normal production and operation of Hujianshan oilfield has been severely restricted.Based on the data of oil and water well performance,engineering logging,formation water quality analysis,on-site wellbore condition,etc.of the existing casing failure wells in Hujianshan,this paper studies and analyzes the casing damage mechanism of Hujianshan oilfield,and determines that the main reason is internal corrosion.For oil wells with poor isolation effect and ineffective production capacity,technologies such as composite plugging,small casing cementing and chemical leakage plugging are adopted.Through the analysis and comparison of the treatment effect of casing damaged wells currently implemented,the applicable conditions of each technology are determined,and the economic benefits of the oilfield are improved.
