摘 要:骨质疏松症是一种以骨量减少和骨组织微观结构改变为特征的全身退化性骨骼疾病。随着世界人口逐步老龄化,骨质疏松症已经成为一个重要的健康问题,是老年人及绝经后女性骨折的危险因素之一,逐渐引起了社会的重视。传统治疗骨质疏松症的药物虽然有一定成效,但长期有效性及药物不良反应等依然为大众所担忧。近年来,各个领域对于间充质干细胞的研究取得了突飞猛进的进展,本文从间充质干细胞干预骨质疏松症可能的机制以及将其应用于治疗骨质疏松症的动物实验出发,探讨未来间充质干细胞治疗人类骨质疏松症的可行性及前景。Osteoporosis is a systemic progressive bone disease characterized by low bone mass and changes in bone microstructure.With the gradual aging of the world population,osteoporosis has become an important health problem,which is one of the risk factors for fracture in the elderly and postmenopausal women and has gradually attracted the attention of the society.Although traditional osteoporosis drugs have some effects,their long-term effectiveness and side effects are still a concern to the public.In recent years,great progress in the research of mesenchymal stem cells has been made.From mesenchymal stem cells in the intervention and the mechanism of osteoporosis in animal experiments,this article discussed feasibility and prospects of osteoporosis treated by human mesenchymal stem cells.
