摘　　要：骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种全关节疾病,其病理过程包括滑膜炎症、软骨退变及软骨下骨功能异常等,其发病机制仍不清楚。瘦素是一种由肥胖基因编码的激素,目前大量研究发现其与OA密切相关,瘦素通过免疫系统、炎症因子及骨代谢等多个途径,在OA的病理过程中起着非常重要的作用。本文就瘦素在OA中的作用进行综述,希望能为OA的防治提供新的研究思路。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a systematic joint disease with characteristics of synovitis,cartilage degeneration,and subchondral bone dysfunction.However,its pathogenesis remains elusive.Leptin is a hormone encoded by obesity genes,and many studies have revealed that it is closely related to OA.Leptin plays an important role in the pathological process of OA through immune system,inflammatory factors,and bone metabolism.Therefore,this article reviews the roles of leptin in OA,offering alternative targets for the prevention and treatment of OA.
