摘  要:利用万能试验机、差示扫描量热仪、维卡软化点温度测定仪等研究了柔性复合管外保护层聚乙烯耐紫外光老化性能。结果表明:柔性复合管外保护层聚乙烯的力学性能、耐热氧老化性能及结晶度变化均不明显。柔性复合管外保护层聚乙烯完全可以抵御长时间紫外光辐照带来的老化,在柔性复合管上可以正常使用。The ultraviolet(UV)aging resistance performance of polyethylene outer protective layer of the flexible composite pipes was studied by the means of universal testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter and Vicat softening point temperature measuring instrument.The results show that the mechanical properties,thermal oxygen aging resistance and crystallinity of polyethylene outer protective layer of the flexible composite pipes have no obvious changes.Polyethylene outer protective layer of the flexible composite pipes can completely resist the aging caused by long-term UV radiation,and can be used normally on the flexible composite pipes.
