摘 要:以笔筒套塑件为例,采用一模48腔的非平衡布局建立模型,利用Moldflow软件对两种模型的充填性能进行分析。结果表明:当靠近主流道最内侧塑件充填完成时,离主流道最外侧塑件在第一种模型中有一半未充填,在第二种模型中最外侧只有三分之一未充填,并且第二种模型的充填压力比第一种模型下降了约20.0 MPa。以第二种模型为基础,利用UG软件进行了模具设计,通过试验证明,这种对非平衡浇注系统中分流道进行分段分组的尺寸设计较大程度上改善了充填的平衡性,同时减少了钳工的工作量、加快了模具加工的生产效率、缩短了模具生产周期,为一模多腔非平衡布局的模具设计提供了可行性依据。Taking the pen holder plastic part as an example,the model was established by using the unbalanced layout of a mold with 48 cavities.The filling performances of the two models were analyzed by using Moldflow software.The results show that when the filling of the innermost plastic part near the main channel is completed,half of the outermost plastic part from the main channel is not filled in the first model,and one third of the outermost part is not filled in the second model,and the filling pressure of the second model is about 20.0 MPa lower than that of the first model.Based on the second model,the mold design was carried out by using UG software.It is proved by experiments that the size design of subsection grouping in the shunt channel in the unbalanced gating system can greatly improve the filling balance,reduce the work load of the fitter,accelerate the production efficiency of mold processing,and shorten the mold production cycle.It provides a feasible basis for the mold design of a mold with multi-cavity unbalanced layout.
