摘 要:针对塑件熔接痕性能的可靠性预测问题,提出一种基于AMI数值模拟分析软件,采用熔体汇合角、节点流动前沿温度、工况应力3个因素加权耦合来表征塑件熔接痕性能的综合定量评估方法,并构建了塑件熔接痕性能评估模型。该方法利用AMI软件进行应力分析,分别获取3个因素的数据,以此为基础分别计算塑件熔接痕位置的熔体汇合角系数、节点流动前沿温度系数和工况应力系数,并将三者按照4∶2∶4加权耦合来表征在实际工况载荷下的塑件熔接痕性能。该评估方法对于改善塑件使用性能具有实际指导意义。Aiming at the problem of reliable prediction of the plastic parts weld line performance,a comprehensive quantitative evaluation method based on AMI numerical simulation analysis software was proposed to characterize the plastic parts weld line performance by using the weighted coupling of three factors:the melt converging angle,nodal flow front temperature and load cases stress.The performance evaluation model of plastic parts weld line was constructed.The method was obtained the data of three factors by using the stress analysis of AMI software,and calculated the melt converging angle coefficient,nodal flow front temperature coefficient,load cases stress coefficient respectively based on these data.According to 4∶2∶4 weighted coupling,the performance of plastic parts weld line under the actual load was characterized.This evaluation method has practical guiding significance for improving the performance of plastic parts.
