提高铁粉在钛液还原中有效利用率的研究

摘  要:在钛白粉生产中,铁粉参与还原三价铁的质量占加入铁粉的比例称为铁粉的有效利用率。为探讨铁粉有效利用率影响因素,以铁粉为还原剂,研究铁粉粒度、反应温度、搅拌速度、溶液游离酸浓度和铁粉粒子形貌对铁粉利用率的影响。结果表明:在粒度100—120目、反应温度60℃左右和铁粉粒子形貌呈不规则状态下,有利于提高铁粉有效利用率;同时,在保障经济性的条件下,更高的转速有助于提升铁粉有效利用率。In the production of titanium dioxide powder,the proportion of the mass of iron powder participating in the reduction of ferric iron to the added iron powder is called the effective utilization rate of iron powder.In order to explore thc factors affecting of the effective utilization rate of iron powder,using iron powder as reducing agent,studying on the effects of particle size,reaction temperature,stirring speedi free acid concentration,morphology of iron powder.The results show that the particle size is 100~120 mesh,the reaction temperature is about 60℃,and the morphology of iron powder is irregular,which are conducive to improving the effective utilization rate of iron powder.Under the condition of ensuring economy,higher rotating speed is helpful to improve the effective utilization rate of iron powder.
