摘　　要：中间接口单元CIU是HydroCOM无级气量调节系统的重要组成部分,是保证HydroCOM无级气量调节系统运行的必要条件,本文探讨了HydroCOM无级气量调节系统中间接口单元CIU的功能及作用方式。通过对往复式新氢压缩机中间接口单元CIU故障引起的两件异常问题的探讨分析,快速有效地解决问题并加以改进,便于生产中如遇到此类问题,可以提高问题解决的时效性,减少设备的故障率,确保生产运行平稳。The intermediate interface unit CIU is an important part of the HydroCOM stepless air volume regulation system and a necessary condition to ensure the operation of the HydroCOM stepless air volume regulation system.This paper discusses the functions and action modes of the intermediate interface unit CIU of the HydroCOM stepless air volume regulation system.Through the discussion and analysis of two abnormal problems caused by the failure of the intermediate interface unit CIU in the reciprocating makeup hydrogen compressor,the problems can be quickly and effectively solved and improved,so that if such problems are encountered in production,the timeliness of problem solving can be improved,the failure rate of equipment can be reduced,and the stable production operation can be ensured.
