摘 要:针对现有配电网问题,提出基于状态评估的配电网自适应继电保护配置方案,引入配网设备状态指数。针对设备设定指标及其权重,通过在线监测与实地巡检,评估设备的状态并配置相应保护。方案实现了根据设备状态自适应调整保护原理与定值,减小因设备状态较差导致保护误动、拒动的可能。最后通过IEEE 33节点配电系统的计算表明,所提方案可有效保护该配电系统,相较于传统方案在可靠性与灵敏性上得到提升。In view of the problems of the existing distribution network,an adaptive relay protection configuration scheme of distribution network based on state assessment was proposed.The equipment state indexes of distribution network were introduced,and the indicators and weights were set up for the equipment.Through online monitoring and on-site inspections,the status of the equipment was evaluated and the corresponding protection was configured.The scheme realizes that the protection principle and setting value can be adjusted adaptively according to the equipment status,and the possibility of protection error and refusal of operation due to poor equipment status was reduced.Finally,the calculation of the IEEE 33 node power distribution system shows that the power distribution system can be effectively protected,and the reliability and sensitivity are improved compared with the traditional scheme.
