摘 要:近年来,随着低压配电系统智能化程度不断提高,复合开关在0.4 kV无功补偿系统中的应用逐渐广泛,其保护功能丰富、投切电容器冲击涌流小、稳态损耗低等优点被用户认可。据不完全统计,2015—2021年间全国新增复合开关厂家数十家,良莠不齐的技术水平导致产品在使用过程中问题频出。针对无功补偿系统中复合开关在运行过程中存在的问题,提出了基于握手式交互控制策略的概念,文中从复合开关的运行现状、故障案例、问题分析、提出解决方案、方案实施和实际工程应用效果方面进行阐述,设计了一种稳定可靠的硬件输出及反馈电路、软件控制策略和切实可行的解决方案,通过在工程中的实际应用,验证了控制策略的有效性和可靠性。In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the intelligence of low-voltage power distribution systems, the application of compound switches in 0.4 kV reactive power compensation systems has gradually been widely used. Its advantages such as rich protection functions, small inrush current of switching capacitor and low steady loss, are acknowledged by the users. According to incomplete statistics, dozens of new manufacturers have been added to develop the compound switches from 2015 to 2021, but the uneven technical level leads to frequent problems in the use of products. Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of compound switches in reactive power compensation system, the concept of interactive control strategy based on handshake is proposed. The application effect is described, and a stable and reliable hardware output and feedback circuit, software control strategy and practical solution are designed. And the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed control strategy are verified through the practical application in engineering.
