摘  要:为优化方形发射箱前盖的外压承载刚度,提出一种基于箱盖对称截面结构挠度定性评估其外压承载刚度并优化箱盖外形结构的方法。通过求解外压下箱盖对称截面结构挠度,构建体现箱盖承压变形的综合挠度函数,定性评估箱盖外压承载刚度。采用内点法优化算法,优化得出外压承载刚度最优的箱盖外形结构参数,通过多样本有限元仿真验证了优化结果的正确性,证明了基于构建的综合挠度函数优化设计方形发射箱前盖承压刚度的合理性。For optimizing the square launcher’s front cover’s outer-pressure load stiffness,the approach of qualitatively evaluating the outer-pressure load stiffness of front covers by the deflection of cover’s symmetrical cross-section is proposed and can be utilized to optimize the covers’shape parameters.The deflection of cover’s symmetrical cross-section structure under outer-pressure is derived.The general deflection function representing covers’deformation is formulated to qualitatively evaluate the outer-pressure load stiffness.Based on the interior point optimization method,the shape parameters of front covers holding the best outer-pressure load stiffness are obtained.Simulations of different samples by finite element methods prove the correctness of the optimized results and the rationality of qualitatively evaluating and optimizing the outer-pressure load stiffness of square launchers’front covers by the derived general deflection function.
