摘 要:对城市生活垃圾中的重金属浸出进行试验研究,在溶液pH、液固比、温度等不同条件下,以及对底灰的物理属性进行检测。结果表明,底灰的主要成分为CaO、SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Cu、Zn、Mn,主要粒径分布在1.18~2.36 mm。底灰的颗粒大小区间为1.18~4.75 mm。经过湿法处理(水洗)后,底灰中易溶于水的无机盐类可以洗脱。浸出过程中,在pH=2的条件下,振荡频率为250次/min,浸出温度为80℃,采用液固质量比为10∶1,最终最大浸出量为80%。底灰中大量的重金属元素,在pH>8条件下,采用湿法处理后,不能浸出,重金属会固结在底灰中。The leaching of heavy metals from municipal solid waste was studied experimentally.And the physical properties of bottom ash were tested under different conditions such as solution pH value,liquid-solid ratio,temperature,etc.The results show that the main components of bottom ash are Cao,SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Cu,Zn and Mn.The main particle size distribution is 1.18~2.36 mm.The particle size range of bottom ash is 1.18~4.75 mm.After wet treatment(water washing),the inorganic salts easily soluble in water in the bottom ash can be eluted.In the leaching process,we know that,under the condition of pH=2,the shaking frequency is 250 times/min,the leaching temperature is 80℃,the liquid-solid mass ratio is 10∶1 and the maximum leaching amount is 80%.A large number of heavy metal elements in the bottom ash cannot be leached and it will be consolidated in the bottom ash after wet treatment when the pH is greater than 8.
