摘  要:针对某金属矿山冬季生产期间存在的副井反风、主井井筒结冰等问题,开展了清洁高效井筒防冻综合技术研究与应用。研究采用在副井侧新增压入式辅扇克服自然风压的反作用,强制将副井风流方向由出风状态调整至进风状态,调整后副井进风量达到60 m^(3)/s;同时利用该辅扇出风侧的正压作用,将井下高于0℃的暖空气经1130 m中段主井联络巷压送入主井井筒,再排出至地表,实现对主井井筒的保温防冻作用;并应用清洁高效的远红外电热风炉预热进入副井的空气温度至2℃后再送入井下,有效防止了副井井筒结冰。In allusion to the problems of reverse wind in the auxiliary shaft and icing of the main shaft during the winter production of a metal mine,we think that the research and application of the comprehensive technology of clean and efficient shaft anti-freezing were carried out.The research adopts a new pressurized auxiliary fan on the side of the auxiliary shaft to overcome the reaction of natural wind pressure.It forces the direction of the air flow of the auxiliary shaft to be adjusted from the air outlet state to the air inlet state.After adjustment,the air inlet volume of the auxiliary shaft reaches 60 m^(3)/s.At the same time,using the positive pressure on the air outlet side of the auxiliary fan,the warm air below 0℃is sent into the main shaft wellbore through the connecting roadway pressure of the main shaft in the middle section of 1130 m.Then,it is discharged to the surface to achieve the effect of heat preservation and antifreeze on the main shaft.And it uses a clean and efficient far-infrared electric hot air stove to preheat the air temperature entering the auxiliary shaft to 2℃before sending it downhole,which effectively prevents the auxiliary shaft from freezing.
