数字化标准考场背景下的教育考试考务管理研究

摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,数字化标准考场的建设进程不断加快,明晰了未来考试考务工作的数字化趋势,规范化、精细化与个性化考务管理目标逐步实现。可立足于数字化变革的背景,探讨如何实现考务工作的公平、公正,并提升考试考务人员的管理内涵,认为考务管理人员应该“引导思想观念、树立依法惩治观念、精细化管理模式”,最终实现考试过程阳光化、考试信息透明化、考务培训精细化。With the continuous development of cutting-edge information technology,the construction process of digital standard examination room is accelerating,which clarifies the digital trend of future examination work,and the standardized,refined and personalized examination management goals are gradually realized.Based on the background of digital transformation,we should focus on realizing the fairness and justice of examination work and improving the management connotation of examination staff.The examination management staff should guide the ideology,establish the concept of punishment according to law and refine the management mode,so as to finally realize the sunshine of the examination process,the transparency of the examination information and the refinement of the examination training as well.
