摘　　要：目的:编制基层护士老年健康服务能力量表并检验其信效度。方法:通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、德尔菲专家函询、预调查形成预试量表。分层随机抽取500名新疆生产建设兵团第八师基层护士进行调研。结果:基层护士老年健康服务能力量表包括老年护理专业知识、老年相关人文知识、老年护理技能、老年健康管理与健康教育技能、突发公共卫生事件应急管理技能、沟通与研究技能、服务价值观与态度、个性与心理8个维度,35项条目。量表内容效度指数为0.937,各条目内容效度指数为0.800~1.000;探索性因子分析提取8个公因子,累计方差贡献率为67.45%。总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.919,折半信度为0.812,重测信度为0.893。结论:基层护士老年健康服务能力量表具有良好的信、效度,可为基层护士制订相关培训与考核方案提供科学依据,以便更好服务老年人群健康。Objective:To develop the elderly health service competency scale for primary care nurses and test its reliability and validity.Methods:A pre-test scale was formed through literature review,semi-structured interview,Delphi expert consultation,and pilot study.A total of 500 primary care nurses from the 8th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were stratified random selected for investigation.Results:The elderly health service competency scale for primary care nurses included 8 factors,including elderly nursing professional knowledge,elderly related humanistic knowledge,elderly nursing skills,elderly health management and health education skills,emergency management skills for public health emergencies,communication and research skills,service values and attitudes,personality and psychology,with a total of 35 items.The content validity index of the total scale was 0.937,and the scale-level content validity index/average were 0.800-1.000.Eight factors were identified by exploratory factor analysis,accounting for 67.45%of the total variance.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.919.The overall split‐half reliability was 0.812.The test-retest reliability was 0.893.Conclusion:The elderly health service competency scale of primary care nurses has good reliability and validity,which can provide scientific basis for the development of relevant training and assessment programs for them and to better serve the health of the elderly.
