PDCA循环管理法对手术室初级护理人员护理质量管理的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理法在手术室管理中对处理护理人员护理质量管理的应用价值。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年11月石河子大学医学院第一附属医院手术室的17名初级职称护理人员作为研究对象,采用PDCA循环管理法进行管理,管理前后分别进行护理质量的测试,并进行不记名满意度调查。结果:在PDCA循环管理法实施后,纳入对象的理论知识水平、护理文书书写质量、消毒工作执行情况和护理物品管理评分均较之前的常规管理法有明显的提高,且满意度高于常规管理法。结论:在手术室的管理工作中采用PDCA循环管理法有助于提高初级护理人员的护理质量,提高护理人员对科室管理的满意度。Objective:To explore the application value of PDCA circulation management method in the management of operating room in dealing with the nursing quality management of nursing staff.Methods:Seventeen nurses with junior professional titles in the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College from August 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.PDCA cycle management method was used for management.The nursing quality was tested before and after management,and anonymous satisfaction was investigated.Results:After the implementation of PDCA circular management method,the theoretical knowledge level,the writing quality of nursing documents,the implementation of disinfection work and the management score of nursing items of the included objects have been significantly improved compared with the previous conventional management method,and the satisfaction is higher than the original conventional management method.Conclusion:Using PDCA circulation management method in the management of operating room can help to improve the nursing quality of primary nursing staff and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff to the department management.
