摘　　要：针对生产上综合性状优良的粳稻不育系较少的问题,以不育系花A为BT型细胞质供体,优质常规粳稻申21为轮回父本进行杂交,经连续多代回交育成中熟晚粳不育系申21A。申21A表现不育性稳定,不育株率和花粉败育率均为100%,开花习性好,异交结实率高,株叶形态好,稻米品质优良,对稻瘟病和白叶枯病具有较强抗性,于2018年通过上海市农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。利用申21A配制出多个优质、抗病、高产杂交粳稻新组合,其中‘申优28’和‘申优42’通过上海市农作物品种审定委员会审定。申21A综合性状好,配合力强,在优质、抗病、高产杂交粳稻新组合选育上具有较好的应用前景。In view of the lack of japonica male sterile lines with good comprehensive characters in production,a medium-maturing late japonica male sterile line,Shen 21A,was bred by backcrossing for several generations,using male sterile line Hua A as BT-type cytoplasmic donor and the high quality conventional japonica rice Shen 21 as recurrent male parent.Shen 21A showed stable sterility,with 100%sterile plant rate and pollen abortion rate,good flowering habit,high outcrossing rate,excellent plant and leaf shape,fine grain quality,and strong resistance to rice blast and bacterial blight.In 2018,Shen 21A passed the on-site appraisal by experts of Shanghai Variety Approval Committee.Several new combinations of japonica hybrid rice with high quality,disease resistance and high yield were developed by using Shen 21A,among which‘Shenyou 28’and‘Shenyou 42’were approved by Shanghai Crop Variety Examination and Approval Committee.Shen 21A has good comprehensive characters and high combining ability,and has a good application prospect in breeding new japonica hybrid rice combinations with high quality,disease resistance and high yield.
