摘  要:根植我国互联网企业特点,探讨来自东道国的因素对它们“一带一路”进入模式的影响以及它们业务特征的调节作用。logistic回归的实证结果显示:东道国技术水平与东道国市场规模是我国互联网企业“一带一路”进入模式的重要影响因素,它们显著正向影响我国互联网企业“一带一路”股权进入,显著负向影响我国互联网企业“一带一路”非股权进入;业务数字化程度与业务文化属性是我国互联网企业“一带一路”进入模式决策的重要权变因素,前者能够调节东道国市场规模对我国互联网企业“一带一路”进入模式的影响,后者能够调节东道国技术水平对我国互联网企业“一带一路”进入模式的影响。Rooted in the characteristics of Chinese Internet enterprises,this paper explores the influence of factors from the host country on the entry mode of“Belt and Road”and the moderating effect of the business characteristics.The empirical results based on logistic regression show that the technical level and market size of the host country are important factors influencing the entry mode of“Belt and Road”of Chinese Internet enterprises.They have a significant positive effect on the equity entry but a significant negative effect on the non-equity entry of“Belt and Road”of Chinese Internet enterprises.The degree of business digitization and the attribute of business culture are vital contingent factors for the entry mode decision.The former can adjust the impact of the market size of the host country on the entry mode,while the latter can adjust the impact of the technical level of the host country on the entry mode of“Belt and Road”of Chinese Internet enterprises.
