摘  要:为明确40%嘧霉胺悬浮剂在香葱灰霉病防治中的应用前景,特开展田间药效试验。试验结果表明,40%嘧霉胺悬浮剂中剂量处理药后7 d与14 d的防效均与对照药剂(50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂,CK1)无显著差异;高剂量处理药后7 d防效与对照药剂无显著差异,药后14 d的防效显著高于对照药剂。40%嘧霉胺悬浮剂在本试验剂量设置下对香葱安全,对非靶标生物未见不良影响,可应用于香葱灰霉病防治,推荐剂量为525~600 g/hm^(2)。In order to clarify the application prospect of 40%pyrimethanil suspension concentrate(SC)on controlling gray mold of Allium ascalonicum,the efficacy trial and safety evaluation of 40%pyrimethanil SC were carried out in field.Under the medium dosage of 40%pyrimethanil SC,the control effects of 7 days and 14 days after the second application had no significant difference with those of control treatment(50%dioximide water dispersible granule,CK1).Under the high dosage of 40%pyrimethanil SC,the control effect of 7 days after the second application had no significant difference with that of control treatment,but the control effect of 14 days after the second application was significantly higher than that of control treatment.40%Pyrimethanil SC was safe for A.ascalonicum at the dosage used in this experiment,and no adverse effects were observed on non-target organisms,so it could be used to control gray mold of A.ascalonicum with the recommended dosage of 525-600 g/hm^(2).
