摘 要:针对现有蒙古文字文创产品存在的功能开发缺乏创新、需求模糊等问题,采用KJ法及Kano模型的方法,从用户需求的角度,提出蒙古文字文创产品设计方法。运用Kano模型分析方法归纳消费者对蒙古文字文创产品的显性需求,挖掘潜在需求,分析并凝练产品设计关键点。完成基于Kano模型的蒙古文字文创设计要素的凝练,开发出以“福言潮语”为主题的系列蒙古文字文创产品。通过KJ法和KANO模型的有机结合,提出外观感知、信息传递和文化情感三个方面的设计要点,解决蒙古文字文创产品设计缺乏创新,功能需求模糊的问题。To solve the problems of lack of innovation in functional development and fuzzy functional requirements in the existing design methods of Mongolian cultural and creative products,a design method of Mongolian cultural and creative products based on KJ method and Kano model was proposed to realize the innovative development of Mongolian characters.Kano model analysis method was used to summarize the explicit demand of consumers for Mongolian cultural products,explore the potential demand,analyze and refine the key points of product design.According to the users’charm type and expectation type needs,the design elements of Mongolian character cultural creation based on Kano model were refined,and a series of Mongolian character cultural creation products with the theme of"Fu Yan Chao Yu"were developed.Kano model analysis can clearly reflect the needs of product target users for different functions,summarize the design key points of appearance perception,information transmission and cultural emotion according to the needs of users,and solve the problems of lack of innovation in the design of Mongolian cultural products and fuzzy functional requirements.
