基于未重合概念模型的参与式设计研究

摘　　要：保障听说障碍人士在互联网中公平发出与接收信息的权益。对比分析使用者主动使用情况以及设计师预设下的产品使用方式,构建未重合概念模型及其生成的原因以形成设计原则、指导设计。提供了设计师与使用者双向参与设计的思路,总结了未重合概念模型建立、分析、运用的方法,并应用至实践中,解决听力障碍骑手配送时因沟通难带来的寻路难、效率低等问题。基于未重合概念模型的参与式设计方法及流程模式对痛点的分析以及设计原则的形成具有一定的指导性作用。It is forward to protect the rights of people with listening and speaking disabilities to fairly send and receive information on the Internet.Comparing the active using of users and designer per-design the use of products,building a noncoincidence conceptual model and analyzing its reasons to form design principles and guide design.It provides the idea of two-way participation of designers and users in the design,summarizes the methods of the establishment,analysis and application of the non-coincident conceptual model,and applies it to practice to solve the problems of difficult path-finding and low efficiency caused by the difficulty of communication in the distribution of hearing impaired riders.The participatory design method and process pattern based on non-coincident conceptual model play a guiding role in the analysis of pain points and the formation of design principles.
