抱团模式下乡村养老空间优化设计研究

摘　　要：关注城乡老人养老空间需求,在抱团养老模式下,对乡村养老空间的优化重组。分析了乡村抱团模式的老人群体需求与所需乡村空间环境需求,依据抱团老人群体需求和陆家咀村湾调研分析,在空间适老化和因地制宜设计原则下,提出抱团老人养老空间优化的设计方法。得到了研究城乡老人抱团模式下养老空间需求和乡村养老空间优化的方法。在当下老龄化持续加重的情形下,可以缓解城乡养老难的现象,为城市和乡村老人营造一个良好的乡村养老的抱团空间,也给乡村养老住宅空间建设注入新的思考方向。Pay attention to the needs of old-age care space for the urban and rural elderly,and optimize and restructure the rural old-age care space under the group old-age care mode.This paper analyzes the development needs and the required environmental space elements of rural bonding mode.According to the different psychological needs of the elderly,the need for bonding space is different.Based on the design principles of old-age space environment,the paper puts forward the method and strategy of residential old-age space optimization.The method to study the old-age care space demand and the optimization of rural residential space under the urban and rural elderly group mode is obtained.Under the situation of the continuous aggravation of the aging population,it can alleviate the phenomenon of the difficulty of urban and rural pension,create a good rural pension housing space for the urban and rural elderly,and also inject a new thinking direction to the construction of rural pension housing space.
