摘　　要：数字时代背景下,信息化、智能化等新兴技术的不断涌现对于推动秘书工作改革与创新发挥着重要作用。文章首先阐述推动秘书工作数字化转型的必要性,然后从“身在兵位”与“胸为帅谋”两大方面探究数字时代对秘书工作的影响,并提出数字时代背景下秘书工作的发展趋势。In the digital era,the constantly emergence of various new technologies,such as informatization and intelligence,plays an important role in promoting the reform and innovation of secretarial work. This paper first expounds the necessity of promoting the digital transformation of secretarial work,and then explores the impact of the digital age on secretarial work from the two aspects of“in soldier’s position”and“cherish high aspirations”,and proposes the development trend of secretarial work under the background of the digital age.
