复旦政治学的历史渊源及新中国成立后的调整、转向与恢复(1923-1966)

摘　　要：本文旨在厘清复旦政治学从民国时期的建立、发展和新中国成立后的调整、转向,直到20世纪60年代上半叶初步(局部)恢复的历史进程。复旦政治学系成立于1923年,解放后1952年全国院系调整时被撤销。将近三十年的发展中,政治学成为复旦大学实力较强、在全国也有一定影响力的学科。如果从建制和师资的角度来看,复旦政治系曾一度中断,但它的学科传统和学术精神还隐藏在历史的记忆中。解放后,马列主义政治课几经变迁却不知不觉地催生了学科化的趋势和要求,也促使了20世纪60年代初马列主义教育系、政治学系及国际政治系的成立。这三个看似偶然的事件,实质上包含了内生的演变逻辑。复旦政治学系于1964年改成国际政治系,这并不代表政治学的完全消失,而是重点发展政治学的一个主流分支学科,也为20世纪80年代复旦政治学的全面恢复和重建准备了学术条件。没有这个准备,后来的学科发展是难以想象的。This paper aims to clarify the history of political science of Fudan University from the establishment and development in the Republic of China, to the adjustment and transition since 1949, and up to the initial as well as partial restoration in the first half of the 1960 s. Political Science of Fudan University in the period of the Republic of China was established in 1923, and was abolished in 1952 when the national colleges and departments were adjusted. In the development of nearly 30 years, political science has become a discipline with strong strength in Fudan University and a certain influence nationwide. From the point of view of the institutionalization and faculty inheritance, the Department of Political Science of Fudan was once interrupted, but its disciplinary tradition and academic spirit are still hidden in the memory of history. After liberation, the political course of Marxism-Leninism underwent several changes but unknowingly gave birth to disciplinary trends and requirements, which also prompted the establishment of the Marxist-Leninist Education Department, the Political Science Department, and the International Politics Department in the early 1960 s. These three events are seemingly accidental, but actually contain endogenous evolutionary logic. The Department of Political Science of Fudan was changed to the Department of International Politics in 1964. This did not mean the complete disappearance of political science, but meant focusing on the development of a mainstream branch of political science, which also prepared academic conditions for the comprehensive restoration and reconstruction of political science of Fudan University in the 1980 s. Without this preparation, the subsequent development of the discipline is unimaginable.
