《改造我们的学习》与延安整风的发动——兼论整风学习的干部教育新模式的开启

摘  要:通过大规模的教育以提高干部的能力和水平,克服弥漫全党并造成严重损失的教条主义,是结束长征到达陕北后以毛泽东为代表的中共中央的一个重大战略。为此,中国共产党大办教育,向全党提出马克思主义中国化的战略任务。但在1941年前后,毛泽东发现干部教育出现严重偏差,背离了中央的战略目标,于是发出“改造我们的学习”的号召。由此,结束了中共既有的干部教育方式,开启了整风学习的干部教育新模式,延安整风运动由此兴起。《改造我们的学习》与延安整风之间的关系及其演进过程,清晰揭示了毛泽东发动延安整风的初衷和缘由,也澄清了围绕这个问题的几个疑问。It is an important strategy of the CPC Central Committee represented by Mao Zedong to improve the ability of cadres and overcome dogmatism pervading the whole Party and causing serious losses through large-scale education after the end of Long March to Northern Shaanxi.To this end,the CPC launched a large-scale education and proposed the strategic task of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context for the whole Party.However,around 1941,Mao Zedong found that there was a serious deviation in leadership education from the strategic goal of the Central Committee,so he gave a call to“reform our study”.As a result,the existing way of leadership education of the CPC was ended,and a new model of leadership education for rectification study was created,which led to the rise of Yan’an Rectification Movement.The relationship between Reform Our Study and Yan’an Rectification and its process of evolution clearly reveals Mao Zedong’s original intention and reason for launching the Yan’an Rectification,and it also clarifies several questions surrounding this issue.
