摘　　要：培养造就对党忠诚可靠、堪当时代重任的中青年领导人才,是事关中国共产党永葆先进性和确保党长期执政的百年大计。习近平总书记关于年轻干部健康成长的重要论述,给中青年领导人才健康成长和干部教育工作以世界观和方法论的重要指引,揭示了坚持目标导向、问题导向、实践导向的新时代中青年领导人才培养规律,对于培养选拔中青年优秀领导人才和干部教育工作,把握方向,服务全局,顺应时代要求,遵循新时代中青年领导人才成长规律,增强干部教育工作的时代性、针对性和实效性,培养担当重任的栋梁之材,具有深远政治意义和重大现实意义。Educating young and middle-aged leading talents who are loyal and reliable to the Party and able to handle the important tasks of the times is a project of vital and lasting importance to ensure the CPC’s permanent progressive nature and long-term governance. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on the healthy growth of young leaders provides important guidance for the healthy growth of young and middle-aged leading talents and leadership education with worldview and methodology,reveals the education law for young and middle-aged leading talents in the new era with adherence to the orientations of goals,problems and practices, and has far-reaching political and practical significance for the work of educating and selecting young and middle-aged outstanding leading talents and leadership education, serving the overall situation in the right direction under the requirements of the times, following the growth laws of young and middle-aged leading talents in the new era, enhancing the contemporariness, pertinence and effectiveness of leadership education, and cultivating leaders who can take on important responsibilities.
