摘  要:通过对汽车散热器上下水室冲压模具进行工艺优化,将6副单工序冲压模具整合成一副级进模,而且实现一副模具能生产上下水室两款制件,生产效率提高500%,劳动强度大幅降低,对于汽车散热器上下水室模具结构及冲压工艺设计是一次大的进步和创新。Through the process optimization of the stamping die for the upper and lower water chambers of automobile radiators,the original six sets of single process stamping dies are integrated into one set of progressive dies,and one set of dies can produce two products of the upper and lower water chambers.The production efficiency is increased by 500%,and the labor intensity is greatly reduced.This is a great progress and innovation for the die structure and stamping process design of the upper and lower water chambers of automobile radiators.
