摘　　要：通过分析锌合金挂锁的制造工艺流程,挂锁内部结构、技术要求以及零件之间的配合,运用Pro/E软件完成挂锁的结构设计。通过分析锌合金挂锁的结构特点,选择合适的压铸工艺参数,考虑对经济效果的影响等因素,设计出结构合理,运行可靠,满足生产要求的挂锁压铸模,最终完成挂锁结构设计及其压铸模工艺分析。By analyzing the manufacturing process of zinc alloy padlock,the internal structure,technical requirements and the cooperation between parts of the padlock,the structural design of the padlock is completed by using CAD software Pro/e.By analyzing the structural characteristics of the zinc alloy padlock,selecting the appropriate die-casting process parameters,considering the impact on the economic effect and other factors,the padlock die-casting die with reasonable structure,reliable operation and meeting the production requirements is designed,and finally the padlock structure design and die-casting die process analysis are completed.
