摘 要:针对大型H13钢模块锻件制备过程及组织评价进行了研究分析。模块锻件采用VD方式冶炼电极坯料,然后经电渣重熔方式冶炼12t重钢锭,钢锭锻前加热温度为1230℃,经三镦三拔锻造成形,锻后热处理工艺为高温正火加球化退火。模块化学成分符合NADCA推荐规范中高级优质H13钢标准,退火后低倍组织均匀致密无缺陷,显微组织均匀性十分良好,无网状碳化物及带状组织,布氏硬度平均为172.9HBW,退火性能良好,淬火晶粒度达到8.5级,模块锻件组织评价结果均符合大型高品质H13钢锻件组织要求。The preparation process and microstructure evaluation of large-sized H13 steel module forging were studied and analyzed.The electrode billet of module forging was smelted by VD method,and then 12t heavy ingot was smelted by ESR.The heating temperature of the ingot before forging was 1230℃.The ingot was forged by three upsetting and three drawing,and the heat treatment process after forging was high temperature normalizing and spherification annealing.The chemical composition of the module conforms to the high-grade H13 steel standard recommended by NADCA.After annealing,the macrostructure was uniform and compact without defect,the microstructure was very uniform,and there's no reticular carbide or banded structure.The average Brinell hardness was 172.9HBW,the annealing performance was good,and the quenching grain size was 8.5.The microstructure evaluation results of the module forging meet all the requirements of large-scale high-quality H13 steel forgings.
