摘 要:分析了Cr12系列冷作模具钢的特性,对Cr12钢的相组分、不同温度下的晶粒长大趋势进行了模拟计算,对不同温度下的实际加工性能进行了研究与实践。结果表明,该钢室温组织为碳化物、渗碳体(Fe_(3)C)及铁素体,随着温度升高,碳化物逐渐溶解进奥氏体中,一直到约1,240℃,碳化物全部溶解,直至全部熔化为液相。在1,140℃下加热、轧制时,该钢易产生劈头、拉裂等问题,主要是未完全烧透导致。在1,160℃~1,170℃下加热轧制,该钢轧制变形特性较好,此时组织细致均匀,碳化物破碎形态良好。在高于1,180℃时加热,该钢产生过烧现象,将导致轧制裂口等问题。In this paper, the characteristics of Cr12 series cold working steel are analyzed, the phase content, the growing tendency of grain size of the Cr12 steel are analog calculated, and the processing characters under different temperatures are research and practiced. Result shows that, the structure of the Cr12 steel in room-temperature are carbide, cementite and ferrite. As the temperature rising, the carbide solution into the austenite. When the temperature rising up to1,240℃, the carbide solution completely, then to the liquid phase eventually. Under heating and rolling at 1,140℃, may cause split and pull cracks which caused by incomplete heating. When heating at 1,160℃~1,170℃, the deformation character of the steel are much better, the structure is uniform and the carbide are breaking well. When heating above 1,180℃,may cause heavy cracks because of over burning.
