摘 要:基于机载测试领域对于系统流体介质温度、压力参数测试的需求,采用一体化结构和多参数融合设计,使传感器具备温度、压力参数复合式测试功能,更大程度地获取被测目标的信息,减少传感器在系统的占用空间,减小使用现场关于管路接口安装、密封,电气接口布置等工作量;采用嵌入式微处理器对信号进行处理,修正敏感元件的非线性误差和温度漂移误差,在宽温区、宽量程范围实时可靠地测量介质温度、压力参数。通过多点正反行程测试得出传感器的精度满足指标要求。Based on the test requirements of the airborne test field for the temperature and pressure parameters of the system fluid medium,adopting integrated structure and multi-parameter fusion design,make the sensor have a compound test function of temperature and pressure parameters,to obtain a greater degree of information about the target being tested,to reduce the space occupied by the sensor in the system,to reduce the workload on piping interface,installation,sealing,electrical interface layout,etc. at the use site. Using embedded microprocessor for signal processing,correct the non-linear error and temperature drift error of sensitive components,realize the real-time and reliable measurement of the temperature and pressure in a wide range. Through multi-point test,positive and negative stroke test,it is concluded that the accuracy of the sensor meets the index requirements.
