摘 要:目的:利用三维虚拟技术构建新的骨折分类,并验证该骨折分类是否优于二维图片。方法:根据四名志愿者的三维CT扫描骨骼三维图像,建立三维立体骨折分类。招募100名观察员,随机分为两组,每组50人,一组观察二维CT扫描,另一组观察三维数字化模型。使用Kappa值来确定组间一致性。结果:与使用二维CT扫描(K=0.37,95%CI:0.35,0.39)相比,使用三维数字模型(K=0.49,95%CI:0.45,0.54)在骨折分类和治疗方案的选择具有更好的一致性(P<0.001)。结论:本研究构建的三维数字化骨折分类模型比一般的二维CT图片在骨折分类和治疗方案的选择上具有更高的内部一致性。Objective:To construct a new fracture classification using 3D virtual technology and to verify whether this fracture classification is better than 2D images.Methods:A three-dimensional fracture classification was constructed based on three-dimensional CT scans of skeletal 3D images from four volunteers.One hundred observers were recruited and randomly divided into two groups of 50 each,with one group observing the 2D CT scans and the other group observing the 3D digital model.Kappa values were used to determine intergroup agreement.Results:There was better agreement in the selection of fracture classification and treatment options using the 3D digital model(K=0.49,95%CI:0.45,0.54)compared to using 2D CT scans(K=0.37,95%CI:0.35,0.39)(p<0.001).Conclusion:The 3D digital fracture classification model constructed in this study has higher internal consistency in fracture classification and treatment plan selection than the usual 2D CT images.
