摘　　要：目的:探讨MTWA和心率震荡对冠心病的预测价值。方法:检查冠心病患者(疾病组)、健康体检者(健康组)MTWA、震荡初始(TO)及震荡斜率(TS)值。根据预后情况分析各指标预测冠心病预后的价值。结果:疾病组、预后不良组MTWA阳性率及TO值高于健康组、预后良好组,TS值低于健康组、预后良好组;冠状动脉狭窄程度、MTWA阳性、TO值、TS值均是冠心病预后的影响因素;TO+TS+MTWA预测冠心病预后不良的灵敏度、特异度、曲线下面积分别为73.33%、98.36%、0.899。结论:MTWA联合心率震荡对冠心病预后有良好的预测价值。Objective:To investigate the predictive value of MTWA and heart rate turbulence on coronary heart disease.Methods:The MTWA,Oscillation Initiation(TO)and Oscillation Slope(TS)values of patients with coronary heart disease(disease group)and health examination persons(healthy group)were examined.The prognostic value of each index was analyzed according to the prognosis of coronary heart disease.Results:The MTWA positive rate and TO values in the disease group and poor prognosis group were higher than those in the healthy group and good prognosis group,and the TS values were lower than those in the healthy group and good prognosis group.The coronary artery stenosis degree,MTWA positive,TO value and TS value were all influence factors for the prognosis of coronary heart disease.The sensitivity,specificity and area under the curve of TO+TS+MTWA in predicting poor prognosis of coronary heart disease were 73.33%,98.36%and 0.899 respectively.Conclusion:MTWA combined with heart rate turbulence has a good predictive value for the prognosis of coronary heart disease.
