摘　　要：目的:分析胎心监护仪+产前干预对孕产妇分娩的方式及妊娠结局影响。方法:105例初产妇随机分为观察组(远程电子胎心监护仪监测与产前干预)、对照组(常规产前护理与检查),比较其分娩情况、妊娠结局等。结果:观察组的胎动、胎心、NST异常检出率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的产后阴道出血量、剖宫产率更低,各产程及子宫恢复时间更短,阴道试产率、阴道分娩成功率更高(P<0.05);观察组干预第4周、分娩前W-DEQ-A评分、PAQ评分及羊水污染、新生儿窒息率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:胎心监护仪结合产前干预对改善孕产妇分娩与妊娠结局有重要意义。Objective:To analyze the effect of fetal ECG monitor and prenatal intervention on delivery mode and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women.Methods:105 primiparae were randomized into observation group(remote electronic fetal heart rate monitoring and prenatal intervention)and control group(routine prenatal care and examinations).Delivery and pregnancy outcomes were comparatively analyzed.Results:The abnormal rates of fetal movement,fetal heart rate,and NST were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum bleeding volume,cesarean section rate,duration of each labor stage and uterus recovery time in the observation group were smaller/lower/shorter than those in the control group.The trial of labor rate and the success rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The W-DEQ-A scores and PAQ scores in the 4th week of intervention and before delivery,the incidence rates of amniotic fluid pollution and neonatal asphyxia were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fetal ECG monitor and prenatal intervention can improve delivery and pregnancy outcomes.
