摘  要:为节约能源,减低城市配电网投资费用,现提出一种基于能源互联的城市配电网规划与投资评价方法。通过基于能源互联建立分布式能源互联统一调度单元,在该调度单元下计算多能源互联条件下的组合能源,匹配组合能源和用电需求,通过五项约束条件确定城市配电网最优规划方案。构建多属性综合决策模型,从经济性、可靠性、灵活性、可实施性四个方面完成投资评价。结果表明,本文方法下混合能源与实际用电需求一致性较高,能源互联的城市配电网规划较为合理。有利于节约能源,降低投资费用,促进城市配电网的发展。In order to save energy and reduce the investment cost of urban distribution network,a planning and investment evaluation method of urban distribution network based on energy interconnection is proposed.Based on energy interconnection,a distributed energy interconnection unified scheduling unit is established.Under this dispatching unit,the combined energy under the condition of multi-energy interconnection is calculated,the combined energy and power demand are matched,and the optimal planning scheme of urban distribution network is determined through five constraints.Build a multi-attribute comprehensive decision model,and complete the investment evaluation from four aspects:economy,reliability,flexibility and implementation ability.The results show that the method in this paper has a high consistency between the mixed energy and the actual electricity demand,and the urban distribution network planning of energy interconnection is reasonable.It is beneficial to save energy,reduce investment cost and promote the development of urban distribution network.
