摘 要:中国国际关系理论发展至今,主要经历了“中国特色国际关系理论”和“国际关系理论中国学派”两个重要阶段。中国学派是中国国际关系理论最新的理论成果,以国际政治的“关系理论”“道义现实主义”“上海共生学派”三种理论流派为主要代表。如何凸显中国国际关系理论的中国特色,是现阶段中国国际关系理论进行理论创新和实践运用的主要依据和重要方向。从本体论维度出发,中国学派都是在“和合”的非对立概念中对世界、本国与他国的关系等进行思考。从认识论维度出发,中国学派主要是从中国经验中汲取理论资源,用中国实践论证理论的合理性与合法性。从知识构建实践出发,中国学派呈现出“先认同后构建”的构建特色,理论内容多聚焦于现实实用,且不同流派之间的理论相融性较高,并呈现出内涵式发展趋势。也正是基于这些成果,在理论层面,中国学派打破了西方对于国际关系理论的话语垄断,发出了中国声音,提供了有别于西方的新的理论视角。在实践层面,中国学派也为中国对外关系实践提供了理论说明和理论指导,增进了国际社会对于中国的理解,为国际关系现状的改良提供了中国方案。The development of China's international relations theory has gone through two important stages:the theory of international relations with Chinese characteristics and the Chinese school of international relations theory.The Chinese school is the latest theoretical achievement of China's international relations theory.It is mainly represented by the three theoretical schools of international politics:'relational theory','moral realism'and'Shanghai symbiosis school'.How to highlight the Chinese characteristics of China's international relations theory is the main basis and important direction for the theoretical innovation and practical application of China's international relations theory at this stage.From the ontological dimension,the Chinese school is thinking about the relationship between the world,its own country and other countries in the non-opposition concept of"harmony."From the perspective of epistemology,the Chinese school mainly draws theoretical resources from Chinese experience and demonstrates the rationality and legitimacy of the theory with Chinese practice.Starting from the practice of knowledge construction,the Chinese school presents the construction characteristics of"first recognition and then construction."The theoretical content focuses more on reality and practicality,and the theoretical compatibility between different schools is high,showing a connotative development trend.It is also based on these results,at the theoretical level,the Chinese school to break the Western theory of international relations discourse monopoly,issued a Chinese voice,providing a new theoretical perspective different from the West.At the practical level,the Chinese school also provides theoretical explanations and theoretical guidance for China's foreign relations practice,enhances the international community's understanding of China,and provides a Chinese solution for the improvement of the current situation of international relations.
