摘　　要：文章总结了大提花围巾面料上机提花纹针、穿综特征和设计要点,介绍了大提花围巾面料的特殊性,织物幅宽小于大提花织机的幅宽,经密小于大提花原装造的密度,按常规分幅设计无法生产。这种工艺设计方法拓展了阔幅织机的应用范围,对此类产品的批量生产具有一定借鉴作用,因此,设计改变提花龙头纹针数、花式穿综、花式插筘,可满足特殊产品的工艺设计要求。This paper summarizes the characteristics and design points of jacquard needle and drafting on large jacquard scarf fabric, introduces the particularity of large jacquard scarf fabric. The width of the fabric is smaller than that of the large jacquard loom, the warp density is less than that of the original jacquard,it cannot be produced according to conventional split width design. This process design method expands the application range of wide loom, which can be used as a reference for the mass production of such products. Therefore, designing and changing jacquard bibcock stitch number, fancy drafting and fancy reed can meet the process design requirements of special products.
