摘  要:采用高温热解的方法制备了N、P、S共掺杂沸石咪唑酯骨架(ZIF)衍生多孔碳材料催化剂,利用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和电化学工作站等对材料的结构和性能进行表征,探究了掺杂元素对电化学性能的影响。结果表明:相比于单掺杂、双掺杂,N、P、S三元掺杂协同作用促进了产生新的活性位点,表现出优异的电催化活性和稳定性,其ORR(oxygen reduction reaction)半波电位(0.813 V),电流保持效率保持在94.87%,是一种可替代贵金属催化剂的优异的无金属ORR电催化剂。ZIF-derived porous carbon catalyst materials with N,P and S co-doping were prepared by high temperature pyrolysis,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and electrochemical workstation were used to characterize the structure and properties of catalyst materials,explored the influence of different doping elements on the electric catalytic performance,results show that:Compare with single doping and double doping,ternary doping of N,P and S promoted the synergistic generation of new active sites,which showed excellent electrocatalytic activity and stability,and their ORR half-wave potential(0.813 V)is in close proximity to that of noble metal catalyst Pt/C(0.855 V).The current retention efficiency of 94.87%is better than Pt/C,which is an excellent metal-free ORR electrocatalyst which can replace precious metal catalyst.
