摘  要:在高弹性电网建设的背景下,针对现行网格化配电网中压线路最高负载率高而平均负荷率低、峰谷差大、设备利用率低等问题,该文提出一种基于负荷峰谷耦合特性的供区优化方法,从可靠性、承载力、降冗余等方面提升配电网的效能。首先,提出一种负荷数据峰谷耦合特性的评估方法,对各类负荷特性进行研究,并在配电网网架规划时进行差异化负荷匹配以降低负荷叠加后的峰谷差率;其次,为缓解配电网规模庞大和精细化规划之间的矛盾,在构造的考虑负荷间峰谷耦合能力的馈线区块评估指标的基础上,提出实现馈线区块与供电单元最优划分的方法;最后,建立中压配电网负荷侧效能提升评估体系衡量供电分区的优化程度。通过浙江某供电网格实例验证了所提模型和方法对实现中压配电网供区优化以及效能提升的科学性和实用性。Under the background of high elastic power grid construction, aiming at the problems of high maximum load rate, low average load rate, large peak valley difference, and low equipment utilization of medium voltage lines in the current grid distribution network, this paper proposed a power supply area optimization method based on load peak valley coupling characteristics to improve the efficiency of distribution network from the aspects of reliability, bearing capacity and reducing redundancy. First, an evaluation method of peak valley coupling characteristics of load data was proposed to study various load characteristics, and differential load matching was carried out in distribution network planning to reduce the peak valley difference rate after load superposition. Secondly, in order to alleviate the contradiction between the large scale of distribution network and fine planning, based on the constructed feeder block evaluation index considering the peak valley coupling ability between loads, a method for realizing the optimal division of feeder block and power supply unit was proposed. Finally, the load-side efficiency improvement evaluation system of medium voltage distribution network was established to measure the optimization degree of power supply zoning. This paper verified the scientificity and practicability of the proposed model and method for realizing the optimization of the supply area of the medium-voltage distribution network and the improvement of efficiency through an example of a power supply grid in Zhejiang province.
